We Offer:

"Dental Lay-a-way" as an option for paying for future dental services.

• Finance charges of 1.5% of remaining balance, with minimum of $2.00 per month, will be added to all accounts that have aged beyond 60 days from the date of service.
• We reserve the right to charge and collect a $75.00 fee for appointments that are cancelled without the 24 hour notice. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you; please respect all appointments in order to avoid fees associated with changes.
• We reserve the right to charge and collect a fee of $50 for any check returned to us for non-payment or NSF.
• We reserve the right to charge and collect all fees associated with using a collection agency to recover charges accrued on all accounts.
